TASP AGM - 2023
We are pleased to confirm our third AGM will take place on 7th December 2023 between 4:30pm and 6:30pm.
The first hour of the AGM is open to ALL Safeguarding Partnerships and all colleagues involved in Safeguarding. This inclusive approach aims to foster national engagement and gather valuable insights into the future of Safeguarding and our focus as The Association of Safeguarding Partners (TASP).
TASP Chair, Richard Burrows, will open the event and welcome colleagues. We are also thrilled to announce that Dame Rachel de Souza, the Children's Commissioner for England, will be joining us to deliver a presentation on "Protecting the Rights of Children."

Trustee Elections – Would you like to stand as a Trustee?
In our Constitution, we have space for up to 5 Nominated Trustees and up to 7 Elected Trustees. We currently have 6 Elected and 4 Appointed. It also states that a third of our Elected Trustees will stand down each year to allow for our Members to have the opportunity to both run for election and elect a chosen candidate.
If you would like to stand as a trustee, please let us know by completing the form below. This needs to be returned to me by no later than midday on Friday, 17th November 2023. Members will then be invited to vote for their elected trustees by midday on the day of the AGM, should an election be required.
Members, this is your opportunity to help drive the strategic direction of your Association. We hope you will consider running.
